Herein, the mitochondrial mRNA (messenger RNA) of disparate organisms are presented in a digital audio format using standard false-color adaptive processes in which modified oligo-or polyadenylation is applied at the 3′ termini. Sequences are preserved where intact though the residual integrity of linkages was a weakness in the sample set. Considering the advanced stage of degredation, correlation with specific deletions or duplications are limited. Oddly, cytosine is markedly underrepresented in the samples, possibly secondary to breakage in the sugar-phosphate backbone structure. Data is presented for research and not expressly approved for clinical use.
